Our Dentists’ Profiles
Dr. Jacob Brown
Initially, Dr. Jacob Brown studied human biology at BYU before attending dental school. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he went on to graduate with honors from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. With his studies completed, he chose to enlist in the military, becoming an officer and general dentist at the Wiesbaden Dental Clinic Command in Germany. He became the director of the Red Cross Dental Assistant Training Program, as well as an Officer at the Wackernheim Dental Clinic.
After his military service was completed, Dr. Jacob Brown moved to Idaho where he works with our team at Castlebury Dental to this day. His favorite pastimes include spending time with his family, playing soccer, snowmobiling, water skiing, and keeping up to date on many continuing educational classes.
Dr. Ashley Hubel
Dr. Ashley Hubel may be the newest addition to Castlebury Dental, but she is certainly not new to dentistry! Dr. Hubel is excited to finally put down permanent roots in the Treasure Valley, having recently moved to Eagle to be near her family. She graduated at the top of her dental school class from the University of Connecticut in 2013 and has since practiced in Florida and Virginia. Prior to her dental education, Dr. Hubel received her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama where she graduated with highest honors and a double major in Classics and Biology. She has completed extensive continuing education in Invisalign, pediatric care, root canal therapy, and restorative dentistry as she loves learning about new technology and dental treatments that can help her patients.
Dr. Dylan Morgan
Dr. Dylan Morgan joined Castlebury Dental in 2025. Originally from the Washington coast, Dr. Morgan is a graduate of Roseman University’s College of Dental Medicine in the Salt Lake City area. Dr. Morgan served for 4 years as a general dentist in the Army, and will continue to serve in the Army reserves. Dr. Morgan is the son of a dentist who has seen first hand the impact that caring and quality dental care can make in the lives of his patients, and is excited to create long term personal relationships with his patients.
Dr. Morgan and his wife Arianna love to hike and play volleyball. When outside of the dental office, he also enjoys fantasy novels and playing board games.

Our Dental Savings Plan
By signing up for our dental savings plan you can save a significant amount of money on treatments of all kinds. It works by paying an annual premium which entitles you to a full year of discounted service. Plans are divided between dental health and periodontal health visits. Our dental visit plans include options for single individuals and families that include as many as four people. Once enrolled, you can expect immediate discounts without any waiting periods, claim forms, pre-authorization requirements, or pre-existing condition limitations. That means the option is open for nearly everyone to receive discounted dental and periodontal work including free consultations and many procedures for 100% off.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We're happy to help you to afford the care you want and need however we can. In addition to accepting most forms of insurance, we'll also be glad to help fill out and submit your insurance forms for you and ensure you're getting the most from your benefits. We accept payment in the form of checks, cash, or any major credit card through our office. For patients who require major work, we also design schedule payment plans through CareCredit. We always do our best to make sure payment is simple and worry-free as possible.
