Keeping up with the kids can be tricky, but it's wroth it when I get to see some of the awesome things they accomplish.

By the time spring and early summer come around, you’re well aware of the restlessness that disrupts your otherwise peaceful home. So how can you cure the last remnants of cabin fever and encourage your kids to get along?

For our anniversary last month, Becca and I took an amazing trip to the Bahamas to get a little rest and relaxation, and to spend a week with her brother who has been working there as a construction manager for the past year.

As the weather gets warmer, training is on my mind again. With a half marathon and bike relay on the radar for spring and summer, I've got my work cut out for me.

2016 is off to an incredible start, and I feel so appreciative for out team and our patients, and for all that we've done already. Your dedication to taking care of yourself, your family, and still finding time to commit to your community and your work is an inspiration.

After a great night of tricks and treats, remember to bring in your extra candy the following Monday, November 2nd. Dr. Brown will be paying top dollar—$1 a pound—to all ghosts and ghouls for their Halloween candy.

I woke up this morning and realized that September is only a few short days away. In fact, we’ll be well into it by the time you get this newsletter. Where did the summer go? It seems to have flown by at breakneck speeds! But we did our best to make the most of it.

Becca’s parents have a cabin up in McCall, and this year, they were kind enough to let us, along with approximately 30 other family members, occupy that cabin over the Fourth of July.

I may have mentioned this back in May, but just in case you don’t keep track of every single detail of my life, I spent the spring months training (not as hard as I should have) for the LP 200—a 200-mile bike race from Boise to Sun Valley.
